Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Wallis Atelier piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read our policy below for information about change-of-mind returns, exchanges and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
-
Eligible pieces may be returned or exchanged for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Please contact Wallis Atelier within 14 days of receiving your order and before returning your piece so that we can provide return instructions.
Items returned under our change-of-mind policy must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
-
As personalised, customised and Chapter pieces are made specifically according to your selections, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if there is a problem with your piece.
-
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
-
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning pieces for change of mind.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning jewellery. Wallis Atelier cannot be responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
-
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions of our change-of-mind policy.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund after your return has been received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
-
If you would like to exchange an eligible piece, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before returning your order.
As most Wallis Atelier pieces are made to order, replacement pieces may require the usual production timeframe.
Any difference in price between the original piece and the replacement will need to be paid before the new piece is made.
-
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your piece is faulty, damaged or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact Wallis Atelier with your order details and information about the issue so that we can assess the piece.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy.
The 14-day change-of-mind period does not apply to or limit these rights, and a faulty piece does not need to be returned in its original packaging in order for you to seek a remedy.
If a product is confirmed to have a problem, reasonable return costs paid by the customer will be reimbursed where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Returns & Exchanges Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
